How You Can Boost Your Chances of Assisted Fertility Success, Even If You've Been Through Multiple Rounds Or Almost Given Up Hope
If you’re at the ‘assisted’ stage of your fertility journey, you may have already been through a lot, physically, psychologically, and emotionally.
If that’s you, we can (and would really love to) help you.

Our you=2 Fertility Success Path is for you if:
- You’re going for your first round of IVF
- You’ve failed one or more rounds of IVF
- Your treatment path will include IUI (Intrauterine Insemination)
- Your treatment path will include Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI)
- You’ll be having a frozen embryo transfer (FET)
- You’ll be using sperm donation
- You’re going for surrogacy
The good news is that, whether it’s your first round coming up, or you’ve been through several rounds already, our you=2 Fertility Success Path offers a lot more you can do to optimise your next round.
Unfortunately, most people, including doctors and IVF clinics, don’t know about these strategies – strategies that can unlock your fertility, help you finally meet your little one, and avoid months or years of heartache and frustration.
Let’s fix that.
After that I tried medicated cycles for a while until moving on to ED IVF.
Thanks to Coho Fertility, not only have I had supplements that are tailored for me, but I could also do many tests that helped put a laser focus on my situation and tackle issues from different perspectives.
I have now had a baby through ED IVF and I’m currently pregnant with a second.
I am 100% that Coho Fertility expertise helped me reach these goals.
A very important thing that I learned is that fertility is such a complex matter, that traditional medicine is not equipped to address on its own. Furthermore, I have learnt that traditional medicine doesn’t even attempt to address some aspects of fertility that are pivotal for success and are instead the focus of complementary medicine and Coho Fertility are experts in this.
I just would love for people on this journey to realise that there is so much more that can be done and investigated, and that you need someone who knows about it, believes in this and whose mission is to help you and empower you to advocate for yourself too.
I’d 100% recommend Coho Fertility, because I wouldn’t have been able to do half of what I did to discover issues, and find solutions , if it hadn’t been for Coho Fertility, knowledge, availability and support.
Is IVF really your last option?
Many of the people we work with have been told that assisted fertility is their only remaining solution.
While in many situations IVF really is the only remaining solution (such as when there is a structural issue like blocked/damaged fallopian tubes, genetic considerations, or when using egg or sperm donation), discovering and understanding your own personal, root cause Coho you=2 Fertility Code can remove the hidden blocks that are holding you back from conceiving naturally.
If you’d like to know more, take a look at our you=2: Trying to Conceive Naturally page, and book a free chat with us to get our friendly, expert advice.
However, we understand that many people don’t have the time to go back and commit to that path, or are committed to the assisted fertility route for other reasons.
If this is where you’re at on your journey, our Coho you=2 Fertility Success Path is a groundbreaking, no stone left unturned framework we’ve developed for you over the last decade.
It gets to the root cause of your fertility challenges, so you can put an end to all the confusion and frustration, and finally meet your baby.
Having worked with hundreds of people going through IVF, we’re shocked at just how poor the IVF industry is at giving their patients the additional information and strategies they really need.
The conventional medicine approach to optimising your health for IVF success is almost non-existent, and is massively letting you down on your journey to meeting your little one.
If you want to ensure you’re doing everything you can to improve your chances of assisted fertility success, our you=2 Fertility Success Path is for you.
Our you=2 Fertility Success Path
Your you=2 Fertility Success Path is the Coho ‘joined up’ approach to optimising your fertility, and it simply works time after time:
Our you=2 Fertility Success Path fills the critical gap in your care before you go for your next round.
It works, even if you’ve failed multiple rounds of IVF, have been told you could be one of the ones it might not work for, and have almost given up hope.
With the substantial emotional, physical, and financial investment associated with IVF treatments, wouldn’t it be great if there were proactive strategies you could implement to optimise your next round, hopefully making it the only ‘next round’ you’ll ever need.
And what if you could have your own personal Coho you=2 guide, so together as a team we can significantly increase your chances of a healthy pregnancy and the baby you deserve?
That’s what we do.
The little known fertility strategy that can help you meet your baby
While IVF has successfully helped millions of people to have a baby, the success rate is actually only:
- Around 20% of IVF cycles in many European countries are successful between the ages of 35 and 39
- And this success rate reduces to around 12% for women over 40
It’s a little known fact that this success rate can be significantly improved through a bespoke, scientific, root cause and evidence-based approach – the Coho you=2 approach.
The hidden root cause, underlying imbalances that are affecting your fertility are usually not well addressed (if at all!) when moving to IVF or other assisted fertility treatments such as IUI.
Without addressing and resolving these issues, your IVF is much less likely to be successful – it’s as simple as that.
And that’s not what we want for you – you deserve better.
Your assisted fertility success can be enhanced by addressing not just the obvious medical factors, but the often-overlooked hidden root causes of infertility.
Assess & adapt for IVF success
This is what the Coho you=2 Fertility Success Path gives you – if basic IVF is like doing things the hard way, the Coho you=2 approach gives you the secret shortcut.
What breaks our hearts as practitioners – really breaks our hearts – is seeing repeated rounds of IVF being undertaken with absolutely no thorough assessment of the underlying imbalances at play, or when your treatment strategy hasn’t been modified since the last IVF round.
Just doing the same thing in the next round isn’t great advice, it certainly isn’t in your best interests, and yet that’s what’s inflicted on their unsuspecting patients time and again.
Let’s change that – first for you, then for the fertility industry globally.
you=2 Assessment
When we work with clients who are going through assisted fertility treatments, we often see that only the surface has been scratched in terms of understanding the root causes behind their infertility challenges.
Our thorough you=2 fertility assessment enables us to understand:
- What factors can be ruled out
- What factors are yet to be properly assessed, understood, and explored
- The best strategy to build a comprehensive picture so that a truly effective, tailored plan can be designed just for you
The Coho you=2 Fertility Success Path takes the basic assisted fertility approach you might have already experienced, and transforms it into a process that gives you a significantly better chance of meeting your baby sooner, avoiding months or years of pain and frustration.
Our you=2 approach also goes far beyond the standard optimisation of egg and sperm quality (for a healthy embryo), considering and assessing all the factors that can affect the health of:
- Your endometrial lining
- Healthy embryo implantation
- A healthy pregnancy
All while maintaining optimal health for the mother.
These infertility factors are also deeply interconnected and can be seemingly completely unrelated to your fertility challenges.
This can make solving fertility problems yourself almost impossible.
While our you=2 Fertility Matrix only shows you the surface of how complex these factors can be, it gives you an idea of the expertise and detective work needed in order to solve many fertility challenges:
By implementing advanced you=2 testing, women (with or without a partner) can identify specific imbalances in factors like hormone levels, nutritional deficiencies, immune function, or even genetic factors that could be impeding conception.
you=2 assisted fertility success factors
Commonly overlooked factors linked to assisted fertility issues include:
- Microbiome health:
- Oral
- Gut
- Uterine
- Semen
- Vaginal
- Immune system imbalances including autoimmunity
- Inflammation (e.g. in the endometrial lining, or systemic inflammation)
- High sperm DNA fragmentation
- Stress hormone imbalances
- Environmental chemicals
- Insulin resistance
- Poor detoxification
- Increased oxidative stress
- Poor mitochondrial health (cell energy)
While IVF success may start with the egg, it definitely doesn’t end with egg!
By assessing the right markers through comprehensive testing, individuals and couples can make highly targeted nutrition and lifestyle adjustments that result in a big impact on the success of their assisted fertility journey.
Since coming off the contraceptive pill my cycle had not regulated and I had many unanswered questions around my health.
Although I did much research myself into functional testing, supplements and lifestyle changes to assist my journey it had become a confusing minefield of options which resulted in me needing guidance.
Working with Coho Fertility gave me the access to functional testing not available on the NHS / without a practitioner that could give me more insight into the possible causes of my infertility.
They also interpreted the results which would be very difficult/impossible alone.
My partner also worked with a member of the Coho Fertility team, our results combined identified issues that resulted in us having our NHS funded IVF round as an ICSI round (rather than standard IVF which would have likely failed) and I have gone on to have a successful pregnancy from this for which we are extremely grateful.
Although we didn't manage to conceive naturally which has been our original hope, we do feel that the diet and lifestyle changes plus supplements aided us in getting pregnant on our first and only NHS funded round of IVF/ICSI.
I have learnt valuable information around diet and lifestyle that I will aim to retain and continue to use going forward.
I would recommend Coho Fertility, Dee has been kind and supportive throughout my journey and I would recommend to anyone requiring guidance and direction on their fertility journey.
Thanks Coho Fertility.
The male factor in assisted fertility
Male infertility factors are emerging as a significant contributor to couples struggling to conceive, including in assisted fertility.
What we see daily in our clinical experience is that, too often, the quality of the DNA in sperm cells is overlooked.
Sperm DNA fragmentation testing has emerged as a critical factor influencing fertilisation rates and embryo quality.
The integrity of the DNA in sperm cells impacts every stage of embryonic development, influencing implantation success, pregnancy duration and baby’s health.
Sperm DNA fragmentation testing, in addition to the more routine semen analysis, are two tests that, at an absolute minimum, should be performed for men.
Any structural abnormalities should also be assessed (such as a varicocele, which increases temperature to the testicular area affecting sperm count, motility and morphology), and as there are other factors that should be assessed, men should always have a you=2 fertility check too.
Our dream is that our you=2 approach can be incorporated into all IVF treatments, because we know (and the evidence is clear), that the best of a holistic approach, combined with the best medical advancements, is a complete game-changer for IVF success rates – starting with you.
To your baby, love, and joy filled future,
Dee & the Coho Fertility team
